How can you Identify Moulds

How can you Identify moulds ?
Have you ever seen that stuff that is growing at the back of the fridge and that stuff that grows on old food. Have you ever wondered what it is because it's mould. Now I'm about to tell you about it so just sit back and read.

There are different types of mould there are ones that can kill you and ones that just look plain gross. There is two types of moulds wall and food mould’s and slime mould. But wall and food mould is actually a fungi like mushroom and yeast. But that doesn't mean you can just happily eat it  (I mean it). Fungi does not make their energy from the sun they grow off dead or decaying things. Which you probably have secretly in your home. But you are probably wondering how does mould spread and grow.

Well it is called spores and spores move along in a wavy form attaching to each other. A bit like when you put heaps of magnets on a table and they come together. But they can also break apart and live independently infecting other things. But your want to know if it may harm you right.

Well you shouldn't freak out if you see mould on your food or at the back of the fridge because it's pretty harmless. But as I said earlier don’t go and start munching at it because it can still annoy you insides. But did you know that lemon mould is actually used it penicillin so who knows what can and can’t be eaten. But what about wall mould you ask.

Most of it is not really toxic but it can aggravate illness like asthma and hay fever when you breath in the spores. But to be honest the most worrying bit is that if you do breath it in you lungs are the perfect conditions it to grow. So the real challenge is trying to stop it from growing inside of you. But there is a wall mould that you should stay clear of and it's the Black Stachybotrys. If you breath in it in you could be looking at things like oral lesions, weak pulse and more. But if you don’t stop it you could even be looking at death. But if a slime mould somehow gets inside of you well nice knowing you.

So there you have it if you did not know what that yucky blue thing on your food was you do now thanks to me. So thanks for reading and remember don’t go eating mould that you see but if you do I wish you luck.
